It's not working for me after "Scan the Face" step. It returns back a "There is an error. Wait 10 minutes" pop-up. If solved, please respond back to my comment so i can try login again. For the meantime i will keep using the original app that works great for me already! Thanks (giving the app 3 stars in advance to be able to post my review - subject to change later)

Once you install this app, it blocks access to the previous, much more user-friendly ADCB app, and you will no longer be able to use it. This new version constantly pushes AI features and investment products everywhere, with no option to disable them. On top of that, the interface in the new app is terrible. Would not recommend to install it —better stick with the regular app instead.

verification required 5 days, still not verified my identity. don't able to use the application. before installing this app, I contacted several times through the app to rectify the issues of online transaction. Nobody cares. Then they will send a message, you issue is resolved. Without addressing the issue how can they resolve the issue
