A terrible job done by adcb. Now they forced you to scan your face, but it has a bug and does not let you access anything since it keeps asking you to register. You can't contact them unless you have a CID, which you would know if your app worked. Also, can't contact them on a phone which is not registered. You can only register in person or through the app (yes, not through website). Clearly if you are in an emergency, you can't speak to anyone. I will soon move to another bank, thank you!

The new adcb app was forced on end users. Couple weeks later, app stops working and we can't pay our due bill on the credit card, water, electricity, etc. Have tried to connect from their website and it won't let me in either. Can't transfer money to my accounts in a different bank either. The new ai assistant on the phone doesn't allow you to talk to a human agent, making it impossible to find a solution.

The old app worked perfectly but I have been forced to install the new app and it's a mess. IT DOES NOT WORK. I open the app and I have to set a new PIN but then the application freezes. I go through the process over and over but it's frozen. I cannot access my balance or do any transactions. ADCB get your act together. WAKE UP!! Take a look at the latest reviews in Google Play ... you get one star because ZERO is not available. Please stop messing around with your clients.
