interface is more for advertising rather than take care of the client. very complicated to get information you needed. if you have more accounts will be miserable. I can't see all my accounts on one page previous one much much better also the one was before last one also was better than both last versions

I'm now forced to download the AI version to access my personal digital banking, which I do not want, and I am not happy that there is no voice in the matter. I am considering a shutdown of the account just for this. AI should be a choice.

The app is slow, unresponsive, and doesn't provide real customer service; I find it difficult to use.
