I changed my phone and can't access the touch point app, i forgot my user name so when I choose forget and put in my phone number it shows something went wrong, I have contacted customer service twice yet no answer from them and still I can't access the app. so from my experience ADCB apps are going backwards and I mean it in a negative way with all do respect

go to exchange touchpoints on android, and it doesn't show the options. it shows a title choose a loyalty program, but the selection is below the screen and you cannot proceed. very frustrating app.
