Ratings and reviews

The app is fine.. does what it says it will, to an extent. The base plan still uses VoIP numbers, same as the free service from Google, and those couldn't be used for my needs. I was unable to cancel through the app during the trial period so I ended up getting charged for something I can't use. If I get a refund I'll give them a better review, but until them I would recommend using a different service.

Subscribed several times. Mostly had problems with answering calls but never with billing. I decided to go with $59.99 yearly subscription which came with 3 days free trial. Downloaded app, picked up number as usually and subscribed. When I opened app I was asked to pick up number again and pick up either monthly or yearly plan. I was also billed immediately, no 3 days trial. Canceled immediately. Looks that I am out of $60 and there is no way to contact anyone. Trying to dispute with bank.

I've had this app for years. the actual app has sucked for a while but the service was reliable until recently. My account got canceled out of the blue the day after my renewal. I contacted support and no one will reply to give me an explanation as to what happened. I use this for business calls and texts. All of that data and voicemails are gone. I would recommend you strongly choose another app before committing to this one. Lesson learned.
