1/26截圖透過三星應用商店問題反饋，1/27致電客服， 三星客服態度表面禮貌，但實際處理令人失望。 因誤觸取消訂閱後，三星應用商店目前無法再次訂閱原有的 Adobe Lightroom 月付方案，這點我可以理解是系統限制，但客服全程僅重複「無法連線查看、無解」，未清楚說明原因，也未提供任何替代處理方式。 過程中我理性說明自己使用的是手機 App，涉及個資不可能開放連線，也舉例 Google Play 即使取消仍可重新訂閱，並表達若能協助排除問題，下個月願意繼續在三星商店消費，但最後僅被告知「直接使用 Google Play 就好」。 尊重客服工作的辛苦，但此次溝通感受不到對使用者的尊重與實質協助，讓人覺得意見未被認真對待。希望未來能改善訂閱機制說明與客服回應品質。 👎 這一顆星是給三星應用商店👎 👍五顆星給Google Play，因為我改在這裡下載了，雖然貴了9元，服務跟付費選項更多。

功能很好，但是訂閱之後還是不能儲存副本到裝置，何解？

昨天app進去不知道為什麼照片會自動暗一階，但載下來都是正常的
