About this app

No longer limited to a computer, CorrLinks users can visit with their family/friends incarcerated at most Bureau of Prison women institutions (check with Bureau which facilities allow video visitation) from the convenience of their phone.

Video session times are set by each institution, but are generally available every day of the week! Video sessions last 25 minutes, starting at the top and bottom of each hour.

CorrLinks users are not charged for video sessions. Per Bureau rules only the incarcerated individual may schedule the video visit, and you have the ability to accept their invitation.

For a positive experience it is very important you connect to the video session from a location that has fast and reliable internet access, and that ambient lighting is bright enough for the camera to capture a good picture.

UPDATE: THIS APP IS WORTHLESS.! They stole a 30-minute call between my daughter and I because the app would not connect. It kept shutting down, and I took still shots and sent them to CorrLinks! I complained about session, and they did nothing to refund the stolen call. I understand that it's happening a lot! I'm not even going to try a video chat again until there's a SERIOUS update. Use the app at your own risk!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

Poor video quality regardless of the Internet connection, even with gigabit Internet. Great to be able to see loved ones, but wish it wasn't always as grainy as a flip phone video. It's clearly some big that they need to fix. The app always thinks I have a slow connection (even though I don't) and must be downgrading the stream to accommodate. Extremely frustrating

this is a most disgusting app there is. You get scheduled and still can't log in on the video date and time. The app only wants money by using your credit or debt card so corrlink can charge at will. this is sad and unprofessional!.
