If I could give it negative stars I would! This all is absolutely horrible! It stole my money, and there isn't a way to contact support for it. I downloaded the app and added $10 (which cost over $15 to do thanks to fees) and it has never registered the payment! There is no way to contact support or view anything but the messages and reload functions in the app. What a horrible app, and experience. Way to get someone's hopes up for communication with loved ones only to be met with this!

app is ok for exchanging messages. Just a heads up, you must first register your account and open the website version on your web browser. then download the app and log in. it's a bit complex to get set up. once you're in it's fine. I used to be able to copy and paste messages but now I can not. that part sucks.

So far I'm not having problems with send, receiving any of our messages and they get them much faster than before. The only problem I am having is being able to add funds to his messages .
