If I could give it negative stars I would! This all is absolutely horrible! It stole my money, and there isn't a way to contact support for it. I downloaded the app and added $10 (which cost over $15 to do thanks to fees) and it has never registered the payment! There is no way to contact support or view anything but the messages and reload functions in the app. What a horrible app, and experience. Way to get someone's hopes up for communication with loved ones only to be met with this!

This app is whack! you pay for messaging and calls almost every call is muted for 2 almost 3 minutes of the 15 minute call. the messages DO NOT WORK. it says you paid but then cant use it. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN THESE APPS! My family member gets the picture but we cannot communicate. Id say pay to send the pictures for the family member but thats it dont waste your money for the messages. save it for the phone calls!!!

I have added funds yet no messages received and the person is listed in my contacts, but No contact as of yet. I sent money and yet nothing, and it says I don't have anyone registered yet he is in my contact list. No way to get in touch with support other than an email which could be anyone in the world. This app sucks!!
