this app is a nightmare. it works well, then it goes off the rails with no warning. I get different errors that prevent the messages from updating. then I get more errors that say the messages can't be sent. now I'm being told too many devices are registered under my account. huh? only 1 app on my phone? messaging shouldn't be this hard. if this is a service to benefit the mental health and relationships of our SO's, this app should be MUCH more reliable then what it is.

If I could give this app negative stars I absolutely would! My man and I went months with minimal issues. The last 2 weeks have been absolutely horrible! I send a message and it takes my money but he never receives the message! I get onto the app and this random black message shows up as a pop up on the bottom. I realize that we are trying to speak to people in prison, but if I'm paying to be in contact with them, I expect to be able to speak to them via message or phone calls!

If I could give it negative stars I would! This all is absolutely horrible! It stole my money, and there isn't a way to contact support for it. I downloaded the app and added $10 (which cost over $15 to do thanks to fees) and it has never registered the payment! There is no way to contact support or view anything but the messages and reload functions in the app. What a horrible app, and experience. Way to get someone's hopes up for communication with loved ones only to be met with this!
