this app is a nightmare. it works well, then it goes off the rails with no warning. I get different errors that prevent the messages from updating. then I get more errors that say the messages can't be sent. now I'm being told too many devices are registered under my account. huh? only 1 app on my phone? messaging shouldn't be this hard. if this is a service to benefit the mental health and relationships of our SO's, this app should be MUCH more reliable then what it is.

If I could give it negative stars I would! This all is absolutely horrible! It stole my money, and there isn't a way to contact support for it. I downloaded the app and added $10 (which cost over $15 to do thanks to fees) and it has never registered the payment! There is no way to contact support or view anything but the messages and reload functions in the app. What a horrible app, and experience. Way to get someone's hopes up for communication with loved ones only to be met with this!

Now I can't even open the app - says to try clearing the cache, which I did, but that didn't help a bit. I'll bet that IF and WHEN I get this working again, my messages from my Loved One will all be gone. What a piece of you-know-what.
