AECIS puts your project control workflow in your pocket.

Built for construction and engineering teams, AECIS connects the site to the
office. Raise an issue standing in front of it, pin it to the drawing, and
route a submittal for approval — all from your phone.

WORK OFFLINE, SYNC LATER
Download a project bundle before you head to site. Create issues, capture
photos and video, add comments and act on submittals with no connection at
all. Everything queues in your outbox and uploads automatically when you are
back in range. Track exactly what is pending and how much space it is using.

SITE ISSUES
Raise issues where they happen. Attach photos and video straight from the
in-app camera, mark them up, assign an owner and a discipline, and follow the
full timeline through to close. Run the actions your role allows — complete,
close, reassign, reopen or cancel.

SUBMITTAL WORKFLOWS
Review and act on submittals in the field. Claim your workflow role, then
approve, approve as noted, reject, receive for information, resubmit,
supersede or mark obsolete — with the full history and every document
attached.

DMAPS — ISSUES PINNED TO THE DRAWING
Open your project DMaps as interactive drawings. Pinch to zoom, drop a pin
exactly where the problem is to raise the issue right there, and open pins
already linked to issues and submittals. Nearby pins cluster automatically.
Export a DMap with its QR stamp so anyone on site can scan straight to it.

SCAN TO OPEN
Point the camera at an AECIS QR code to jump directly to that submittal or
DMap. No searching.

STAY IN THE LOOP
Comment and reply on issues and submittals, and @mention the people who need
to act. Push notifications and an in-app notification centre keep you current.
