I have to sign in (manually enter email and password) every single time I use this app. I have talked to customer service and walked through all the troubleshooting, and still this app WILL NOT stay logged in. I have several of the grow lights, so I am unfortunately committed, but two of the lights don't ahere to the timers when the app disconnects, so I have to log in specifically to turn them off.

THIS APP SUCKS. the lights are great. but they're pretty much useless your home to turn them on and off. the app is unreliable. I cannot get logged in nor will it let me create a new account. so none of my lights are usable. you can't even place them on a timer because they won't turn on. you literally must use the app or manually to turn them on. I literally have better luck with lights from Temu. 0/10 recommend

Unable to log in with my account, unable to change password, unable to use a one time passcode, unable to log in with a newly created account under a second email. Literally no attempt to log in is functional; "an error has occurred" is the universal response. I can neither control my lamp nor remove it to try and start over. Real winner of an app here, guys.
