Ratings and reviews

Old app wasn't great, but at least it worked. This version tells me two of my three devices are not on the wifi. But all the devices say they are. Removed and tried to re-add an "offline" one. The device again says it is connected, but the app wont let me add it to the app saying the device is NOT on the wifi. Support says they are working on it, but in the meantime I can use the manual controls. Not a very good response from support. If they fix this "new" app, I will revise my rating.

01/27/25 Update :The issue with it not keeping me signed in has been fixed ,and I have found a work around for the beeping when it needs food . If the water alert could have a pause I would be pretty happy with the app. 06/30/24 One star : This app is worse than the last one. At least the old app kept me signed in and I could temporarily pause the beeping from the unit. Not happy about the switch.

The new version of the app is garbage. I have three aerogardens, all the SAME model. One works with the new app, two do not. After going back and forth with support, they NOW tell me that even though one work and my model is listed in the app, it is not supported and won't work, and i am out of luck. They can't explain why one does work though. RESPONSE to developer: No version screen there... EXCEPT IT IS CONNECTED TO WIFI! Already sent a Pic. Didn't help, more email runaround.
