StaffToDo gives small teams one clear place to delegate work, track deadlines and follow through. Create a task, assign the right person, set a date and time, and see what is active, overdue or done without chasing updates.

Keep each job together with threaded comments, replies, photos and documents. Reminders and recurring tasks help repeat work stay visible. Owners can organise staff, departments and coverage from one shared workspace.

Need to capture work quickly? Record a task in any of 99 supported languages and turn it into editable English task text before assigning it. Voice is optional, and you stay in control of the final wording.

StaffToDo for Android securely opens the same StaffToDo service used at portal.stafftodo.com. Your account and workspace data remain in the StaffToDo service, so ordinary web improvements appear in the app without requiring a new Android download.

An organisation account is required. Access is controlled by your workspace role and permissions.
