Ratings and reviews

1) Every login there will be a security alert on potentially harmful apps on my phone. I am aware of those apps which are not harmful, and I do not need incessant reminders before I login. Pls make it a periodic reminder instead. 2) The app only shows 5 recent transactions & we need to click load more to load another 5. This is not enough, and this requires too many clicks to load more transactions. Plus, the recent transactions do not include those from the past 2 days. Pls improve on this

Everytime log in, it told me profile inactive. Reactive by changed password and must use password u never use and wait for 12 hours. Hurray, notification of password changed successfully after 12 hours. Log in, profile inactive... Why create an app that unusable? Old version have the same issue, but after days, weeks, but I changed by self-reactive it, 3 days, continuously and still failed. And Affin going to use this app to approve online transactions in future? This could be a nightmare.

Hard to see any pending charges on credit cards. Very hard to calculate amount needs to be paid. One of the worst banking app i ever had. Among other 5 banks that i dealt. Decided to stick around only for the Balance transfer 0% 12months p.a. other than that, i would be gone for sure.
