About this app

At Afiah we are passionate about helping you live happier, healthier, and more spiritually. By using a holistic Islamic faith-based approach we integrate mindfulness, movement, diet, visuals, audio and Islamic spirituality to help you overcome negative and destructive patterns of thoughts and develop habits for overall wellness.

Today’s fast paced life, societal pressures, working from home and absence of traditional family support has meant more people feeling unhappy, stressed and anxious as well as leading more sedentary lifestyle. Therefore, good mental health and wellbeing has never been more precious than it is right now. The Prophet Muhammad (saw) is reported to have said “ask Allah for pardon and al-afiah for surely no one has been given anything better after certainty of faith (Iman) than al-afiah (wellbeing) (Tirmidhi)
