Extremely good customer service and response times. Customer support and technicians are always quick to respond and helpful and never give up until the issue is resolved. Even if calls drop, they will call you back. We've been using them for a year now and they remain consistent. Whether it's via phone call, WhatsApp, email, in person or via the app, the support I've received as a FTTH customer has been consistently excellent. Well done.

2026/05/09 AFRIHOST AIRMOBILE: All was fine until I noticed the "older data" was not used after I bought a new batch. I still have just over 2Gig which is valid until end of this month. Message I got back from customer care was "This is due to the link having a higher priority than the older link" I truly hope their is a remedy for this issue otherwise I'll loose the "older data" due to this nasty "rule" for "higher priority".

From struggling to get my router, now I am struggling to have a stable connection. I haven't had a stable connection ever since I received my router. I keep losing connection everytime, It hasn't even been a month. "Don't test the speed, because the minute you do, the connection will be lost. If you have more than 2 devices watching something, you will lose connection" I have been emailing them, they told me they are doing an internal investigation but nothing. I haven't gotten any help.
