From struggling to get my router, now I am struggling to have a stable connection. I haven't had a stable connection ever since I received my router. I keep losing connection everytime, It hasn't even been a month. "Don't test the speed, because the minute you do, the connection will be lost. If you have more than 2 devices watching something, you will lose connection" I have been emailing them, they told me they are doing an internal investigation but nothing. I haven't gotten any help.

Sim card blocked twice in less than 10 days..?? Your reason being: I changed locations, while my router has never been moved since installation! Really not impressed! You need to change something about your "aito-triggers' which is not working correctly, and messing me around trying to manage businesses remotely. Please take action on this problem actively, and don't just respond with a 'sorry' which means nothing to nobody..!!

I love the app 5 stars for that but the router itself, MTN FIXED 5G ROUTER doesn't do what it's supposed to do, I'm not supposed to have any interruptions with signal but I still do have interruptions and that is affecting my wifi alot, 1 star for that. Support did try to help but that didn't help at all.
