you cannot find details of your packages, seemingly anywhere. then you have to enter your address and personal data just to browse options. Try and find details on where a uncapped package is throttled and by how much?, good luck. frustrating. try and upgrade your product, but there are no details so you do not know what you are getting.

I went from one of the most avid Afrihost customers, who had onboarded many people, to genuinely considering leaving. Support used to be great, but now I get a list of copy-paste instructions longer than the constitution and only then will they log a fibre fault...and this is now the norm And this is despite always clearly stating that the entire area's fibre is down (which unfortunately is a frequent occurance) I am no longer recommending Afrihost to anyone

Extremely good customer service and response times. Customer support and technicians are always quick to respond and helpful and never give up until the issue is resolved. Even if calls drop, they will call you back. We've been using them for a year now and they remain consistent. Whether it's via phone call, WhatsApp, email, in person or via the app, the support I've received as a FTTH customer has been consistently excellent. Well done.
