I don't understand why your data keeps cutting off. We stream everything nowadays, and it becomes frustrating when you suddenly go offline. It can't be that I have depleted my data because I am on unlimited package. You guys are good at customer service. Please try harder with giving us uninterrupted data supply.

Extremely good customer service and response times. Customer support and technicians are always quick to respond and helpful and never give up until the issue is resolved. Even if calls drop, they will call you back. We've been using them for a year now and they remain consistent. Whether it's via phone call, WhatsApp, email, in person or via the app, the support I've received as a FTTH customer has been consistently excellent. Well done.

I had the 2 major service provides,the red & blue, for years, but i always struggled with billing issues, mistake on the line & inconsistencies, also to get through to the call center takes weeks if not months. But ever since I have moved over to Afihost, this process has been amazing, the customer service & support is brilliant, all services provides should be as organized and efficient as AFIHOST, it is such a pleasure to work with a company puts the client first and is so efficient. WELL DONE
