Not a very useful app. Everytime that I need to change my password it always shows the error. Even if you already gave the right information. Not a single attempt it always shows same error. Worst I already follow the instructions that was sent to me it shows the same problem. I also use a different browser and device no luck.

I am frustrated with this app! I tried to sign in but since my phone number has change, I can't get the OTP. Although they have send the code through email option and update mobile number but none of my hundred times attempts succeed. Considering our high speed internet works well, however, the loading icon was never changed. Its unbearable to watch such a bothersome app. I hope the AIA consider to fix this issue and put an action to this review. Otherwise its useless to have this App installed!

Seriously, I signed up for Vitality because it sounded great... promoting a healthy life & all that. Plus perks. But things have gotten worse & worse over the years to the point that now, this app doesn't work anymore (considering it's supposed to be new). The old apps were buggy but they synced & I got my points. This "new" app takes forever to load & the syncing isn't 100% accurate. I want the old red & white apps back... but they were already removed. They never even asked the customers. Sigh
