Can't submit the claim through the app. There was something wrong during OTP process that can't finish the submission. This app is utterly awful and needs to patch ASAP.

one of the worst application loading page ever, icon loading forever, notification ads intentionally hide the exit button to omit, interface between switch app is way too circling

app is very sluggish, and there is no summary page for all active insurance in downloadable table format
