I can't login (I always get the login failed error) even with correct information supplied. Update: As I said, I know that I filled out the correct information since I can login on my account using the browser on my phone. I also already tried the change password before I gave this review, and it didn't work. I just really can't login using the correct credentials I input. I also tried installing and re-installing the app, but still the same problem. My Android version is also up to date.

Always login failed. When forgot login details clicked, will redirect to the website wherein my account is already logged in, but I can't even view my policy, can't use the vitality features, NOTHING. Always "We have trouble accessing your policy details". In the profile section, "Oops. We're taking a quick break to serve you better.We are unable to process any transaction right now but please feel free to explore what you can do on our site. Don't worry, we'll be back..." forever maintenance???

My daily points not on sync/updated. it's my 4th day since I achieve 100points daily but not visible on the app. though it's very helpful to keep track of your health.
