I normally dont write review but this app is garbage enough that i had to write a review and give it 1 star. Would be 0 star if i could. Slow sluggish always ask you for password because biometric comes with error. Password always wrong surprisingly then when you reset they say u use your old password.

was a rather frustrating experience, failed to receive OTP on multiple attempts whilst trying to file a claim. have to try another day.

Keep on getting server timeout and unable to login since the recent update --------- update -------- 16 Feb 2024 AIA reply to comment is rather not very helpful. Managed to resolve after I clear cache and data completely from app settings and reopen and relog into AIA. Probably due to file or data corruption 🙄
