Here again, latest version just doesn't work. I can't log in since it keeps loading non stop. Please do something otherwise my previous review will still valid. very lousy app, super super slow. take forever to load. Profile and everything just disappeared. After so many attempts to upload health check report and it completely failed, I decided to update to the newest version. So now I can no longer login. It keeps saying "vitality Token Service error". What the hell is that.

This latest updated app(april 5,2024) needs an urgent fix. I have tried countless times to log in, reset password, change password. All my attempt has been responsed as " something went wrong", " wrong password", "your pin is incorrect", etc. I previously use aia iservice and previous AIA+ with no problem until this last update. Very disappointment. Updated 25/04/2024 : No special app update to fix the issue but,suddenly,I can log in out of the blue. May be server problem.Thanks for urgent fix.

Not well integrated with the website and other services. Can't even change my personal info within the app, nor using their website. The OTP is also absolutely slow. Took over 20 mins to get the OTP code. The input panel expires in 5 minutes. It is impossible to do anything requiring OTP.
