Magic Finance is an internal finance system for organisations — follow your liquidity, approve payment requests and manage bank accounts from your phone.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• See net cash across every bank account and cash box on one screen
• Approve and follow payment requests, with slips attached
• Record income, expenses and internal transfers
• Exchange currency against the day's reference rate
• Chat with colleagues, send files, and attach a payment request to the conversation
• Financial reports and a money trail for audit
BUILT FOR A FINANCE DESK
Every figure is shown in the currency it was recorded in, with a kip equivalent beside it. Approvals follow the steps your organisation already uses, and every record keeps the slip it was paid against.
ACCESS
Accounts are created by your organisation's administrator. An account is required to sign in.
The interface is in Lao. Menus and some screens can also be shown in English (Profile → Language).
