Pha Yeun is the official mobile app of the Sub-District Administrative Authority in Laos, letting citizens request and receive government certificates without visiting the office in person.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Sign in without a password — verify your phone number with a one-time code (OTP), then unlock the app with your own 6-digit PIN
• Verify your identity once by scanning your ID card and completing a quick face check
• Submit a request for the certificate you need, right from your phone
• Attach supporting documents as photos
• Track your request as it moves through review — from your sub-district office, through the district finance office, up to provincial oversight
• Receive your finished, officially signed certificate as soon as it's approved
• See exactly what any fee is for, in Lao Kip (LAK)
BUILT FOR TRUST
• Your national ID number is encrypted — nobody can read it as plain text
• Your PIN is stored so that no one, including our staff, can see it
• Every request keeps a permanent, tamper-proof record of who reviewed it and when
