You guys honestly had something going for you: the upcoming network that was cheaper than the big 3 and stable enough people to rely on. But prices have gone up and to top it off, you kill off the 2.5gb for K5 bundle, which was the last thing that made you guys stand out. We're now dealing with a network that is less stable and reliable than rest and costing as much but offering less. I do understand that it comes down to business, but being an upcoming player means knowing your audience

network experience is moderate I love browsing and bundles are great but sometimes it goes off a sudden no notice or anything and then it keeps saying I have no cellular network so I can't make calls but all my bars are full so idk how you can fix that because I literally can't call customer care because of the cellular network malfunction . it's very frustrating.

It's wonderful app, very innovative. Keep developing the network, you are doing better than Zamtel and Airtel. My challenge is that sometimes it shows like I have no Data, even when it's there. Sometimes network goes and sometimes it starts when you let the data on for a long time.
