An attractive app with some major flaws. One is that if it doesn't get enough results with your filters it ignores them. So if I want a hot tub but only a few places have one, I have to click through each property individually to see which actually has one. Another is that there is no way to add a reservation to your calendar. What?! They don't send an ics file in the confirmation email, either, so you have to add everything manually. Pretty lame for a so-called tech company.

Variety is wonderful, there's something for every taste and budget! Easy to find a place to stay anywhere. Some things aren't consistent, such as add on fees for pool heat. There should be more fillable categories for hosts to let guests know what is or is not included at a rental (baby items, beach/recreation items that some hosts list and others don't). It would be nice to have a compare/sort feature for guests.

I'm on a trip from New Mexico, up the coast of California, to the Pacific Northwest, staying exclusively in AirBnbs. I've picked places with no shared air, so I figure it's safer germwise than a motel. And since it's winter, it's been the same or cheaper than motels, who have business travel to fall back on. It helps to be flexible. Sometimes things aren't exactly as you expect. The places I've stayed at so far have been better.
