Booking allowed inclusion of a lap infant, but pricing was incorrect. After booking, customer support attempted to raise the price due to internal system limitations and imposed a same-day cancellation deadline. Very misleading experience. 2/11/2026: Hence the System Limitations. Your app cannot account for it. 🙄
