Ratings and reviews

Something has gone very wrong with your flight times. Shows 24 hour clock (as it should) but when you click on flight details it turns into a messy version of 12 hour clock that shows everything as AM. **It happened when booking flights. The flights that were listed all showed in the 12 hour format. For example, a flight at 10:30 am and a flight at 22:30 pm Would both show as 10:30.**

Slow, full of bugs, 2 stars because it worked eventually. Takes 30 seconds to log in or load passport info, and takes a few attempts as it often seems to time out. It wouldn't take a photo of my passport so had to use the form, which has a frustrating date selection process where you have to scroll through each month for 10 years backwards/forwards for the passport issue/expiry date, rather than having drop downs for day, month, year. I only used the app because the website didn't work either!

Confusing and uninuitive UI. Overcomplicated and cluttered with words. Boarding passes and check-in are two of the most important things you need to do in an airline app, but these are hard to find; these should be in major tabs at the bottom of the main page navigation. Instead you have to scroll through pasges of text and the links to these important features aren't even highlighted in any special way. One of the worst airline apps I have used.
