Initially, this app was frustrating because it wouldn't connect to my air purifier. But, their Customer Service was very responsive and helped me get the app to connect. Once I was connected, the app was easy to use. I was able to create a schedule, check the life of my filters, and have all my controls in the app. Just in case anyone has difficulty connecting the app and the suggestions they provide in the app don't work, try turning your mobile device off, then on.

When it works it works great, but I either have to unplug the units and plug in again or reinstall the app every other day for it to work.

device is great...app needs work. setting or deleting schedules does not work as expected.
