About this app

Detect AirTag via Bluetooth and other compatible devices. If you think someone is using AirTag or another device to track your location, you can scan to try to find it.

Features:

You can only play the AirTag sound if it is out of the Bluetooth range of the owner's iPhone.

What permissions does the app require?

The app requires you to activate location access and turn on Bluetooth, without which cannot working. Your location and data are not used in any way and are not collected or stored in any type of database or transmitted to third parties.

Only detected one of my trackers. It needs to be able to send an alarm to the tracker to be able to find it.

I rarely review an app, this one is excellent and does exactly what it says, it finds airtags by proximity (strenght of signal), and uniquely identifies them by MAC address and scan record. You can also rename a device to easily identify them among others. The ads are not intrusive, but this app is totally worth paying a few $ to remove them just to support this dev. Great job!

Unfortunately I don't think I can recommend this. The Mac addresses this app finds do not match up with my devices so I can not tell for sure if I should label the devices yet cause I don't want to mess up based on a game of hot and cold rescans and hoping I correct. Also the distances of stationary objects seems to move after repeat scans. standing between what I assumed was my roommates phone & my searching phone made it's distance further than it was than when I was not between the two phones
