Accessibility Service Disclosure
AirTap uses Android’s AccessibilityService API to perform on-screen actions requested directly by the user, such as swipe, scroll, tap, and navigation gestures. This allows users to control supported apps without touching the screen.
The accessibility permission is enabled manually by the user and can be disabled at any time in Android settings.
AirTap does not use the AccessibilityService API to read personal messages, collect sensitive personal data, change system settings without the user’s permission, bypass Android security protections, or prevent the user from uninstalling the app.
We’re continuously improving AirTap. If you find an issue or have suggestions, we’d love your feedback.
