Airtel is just careless. I had two SIM cards on a mobile app, one with 10k balance, but the app forced me to use the first SIM for payment when I tried to buy data for the second SIM. I couldn't remove the first SIM and had to clear the app's data to start over. The app doesn't allow users to paste phone numbers, which is inconvenient. It also asks for permission to read contacts and SMS, which I find unnecessary. The app displays full-screen ads even when running in the background.

Really good app. I'd like to suggest a feature for a miniapp. Please create an option to make "wallets" for different needs so that one can organize how much they save towards their particular needs/goals/expenses. For example, creating a wallet to save for a new phone, a vacation, groceries, school fees, etc. This way you don't have to cross into the finances of one wallet or work out how to manage the entire lumpsum amount in order to save and withdraw for a different expense.

Activating the app after installation was ineffective. It kept sending OTPs on request, then says 'Auto-verifying OTP' without doing anything further. What does that even mean? The user is the person to return the OTP, but the process doesn't provide for that. It looks like something is fundamentally wrong with the App's codes, which needs to be fixed. Please, don't act like everything is in control on your side, and advise me to seek assistance.
