ARGO Manager Mobile is the operational extension of the "in your pocket" office: it allows collaborators and employees to record attendance and activities in real time, without manual steps and without losing traceability.

What it allows you to do

1) Attendance: Check-in, Check-out, and Lunch Break in 1 click
• Instant check-in from your smartphone to start the day.
• Lunch break with a tap (tracked start/end of break).
• Check-out at the end of the day, also with a click.
• Every action is recorded consistently with the attendance sheet and personal history, reducing errors and oversights.

2) Permissions and Requests: Everything Under Control
• Clear view of requested permissions, with updated status (pending/approved/rejected).
• List of approved permissions, accessible at any time.
• Request and confirmation history, useful for quick alignment with managers or administration.

3) Personal Tasks: List of pending tasks
• Access to your to-do list with assigned and pending tasks.

• Always have essential details available (priority, deadline, client/case, operational notes).

4) Task timer: start immediately when you take charge
• When you start working on a task, press "Start timer" directly from the task.
• Time is accurately tracked and associated with the task, improving internal reporting and reducing the risk of unrecorded work.
• The timer can be stopped/paused at the end of the task (or when a task changes), maintaining clean tracking.
