Ratings and reviews

The app has a potential, but it's unreliable. Many times it asks me to log in, even if there is no reason for it. Sometimes I can't make calls, call someone, receive calls, etc. The app fails at these tasks at random, even if it worked fine a moment ago. It's kind of annoying when someone is at your door, you see that person on your screen but you can't receive a call because of some random error.

terrible drain on battery on my pixel. please fix. kills my battery every day just on background. please fix this horrendous bug on app forced to use because of our HOA decision. also, please allow option of one account across multiple devices which is normal traditional behavior for a wired system. you call a home and first person answers instead of you call one of four people living at a home and hope that one person answers.

I hate this app and system with the force of a thousand Suns. I would be so happy if my building decides to throw it away. "upgrading" to this was mistake that a day does not pass that I do not regret.
