However, there are some problems with the chat apps. What is the problem? It takes time to verify the NID card. It causes a lot of problems. Sometimes, you cannot hear clearly while talking. And there are also problems. I am using this site. I have this problem: If I call someone from this site, they can hear me but I can't hear them. I need a solution for this. There is something wrong with the app! I was trying to verify my identity, after taking photos of my nid it couldn't proses, & it was keep showing "please wait..." And then I logout from my account to retry from the beginning n then I stuck in the verification page because of an OTP. I tried at least 10 time in a row from different account but didn't got any OTP ! We can easily compare any government related site with = (trust me
