Please fix these issues: 1. Incoming calls while I'm offline only show up as missed call notifications, but they aren't shown in the actual app call log. 2. Please add the function of call history where I can see previous call lengths and costs. 3. Add the function to text non-Alaap users. 4. If I call a number 5 times in a row, it shows up in the call log as 5 seperate entries. 5. There's no delete button in the in-call dialer.

Terrible Experience – Not Worth It I had a very disappointing experience with the Alaap-BTCL app. The call quality is extremely poor, with frequent disconnections and lag. The app crashes often, and the interface is outdated and slow. Verification issues and payment problems make it even worse. Customer support is unresponsive, offering no real solutions. Overall, a frustrating app that fails to deliver on its promises. Would not recommend!

Even on the second attempt, the call quality is frequently poor. Additionally, calls sometimes fail to connect, and the server connection is unreliable, even with an active data connection. These problems significantly affect the app's reliability and usability.
