One of the most wrost application I ever used! Call quality is so poor that the receiver is struggling to hear my voice sometimes they can't. I was unable to adjust the volume using the volume keys when I'm in a call. Also the call rate is now very high, it should be under 30p/m with every second pulse. I think there is no benefit of using this application.

Previously, I could call helpline numbers and even abroad. But now, it's not possible anymore. Calls doesn't seem to connect. At least make it clear to public that you're cancelling this feature!!! Would be pleased to rate you 0

Right now in a VIP area of Bogura we are having calling issue with a popular mobile operator's network. We can not dial and recieve call; only internet and sms is working. I don't have any other operator's sim; but I'm lucky that I have this app! I can call any operator's number! Thanks ALAAP BTCL APP!
