This is a very good app with significantly lower call rates, which I really appreciate. However, I have noticed a couple of issues that need improvement: 1. During calls, the person on the other end can hear me very clearly, but on my side, the voice is sometimes unclear and gets interrupted or laggy. 2. I recommended this app to someone else, but their NID verification remained pending for 2 days, which is quite inconvenient.

I was thrilled to stumble upon the new messaging feature while browsing the app! However, it’s currently dealing with some frustrating glitches. You can't clear a whole chat window at once; you're forced to delete messages one by one. Worse, even when you delete them individually, the messages often don't actually disappear despite the app saying they were deleted. It’s a great addition, but please fix these deletion bugs ASAP!

I use the Alaap app regularly, but I hope the calling quality will improve in the future. Noise free calling and call drop problem solved by using advanced algorithm in the app will further increase the number of subscribers. Besides, high-speed internet is not everywhere in our country, so it is very important to add the technology so that HD call service is available even in low internet.
