The camera it's, I love. When and IF you can get the app to work, the picture is great. However, most of the time the app won't even open. I've spent hours just trying to get into the app. Setting up the camera took several hours. The app didn't even want to register the camera. Half the time when you go to check things out, like I said IF it let's you in, it says the camera is offline. There is no fix for that from the app. The only solution I've been able to find is reseting the camera.

I have two different cameras, from different companies. The others work great, while this camera always has problems. Most of the time it's trying to load, or has some kind of error message. I hope I don't get my house broken into because of it not working properly. My son gave me this one as a gift, but seeing how it doesn't work properly, I may just junk it, and buy another one of the other cameras I bought. Fix your app!! It's not satisfactory at all!! 😠

Where's my password? This app worked fantastic until I got a password error message. I reentered it, no help. I have looked all over, in the app and then in my Chrome Settings, but it is nowhere to be found. in the meantime, my entire security system is now worthless. Please help and I will return to a 5 star rating. I thinkk they have maybe gone out of business, the support@aibien,com no longer works, comes back w an error message.
