It's awful that you can't really play back videos, either because you have to select a certain timeframe instead of just scrolling through the timeline, or because it says 50%, 95%, without it loading. It won't show the full hour of the time you select. At first the product had over 4 star rating, then suddenly on Amazon the ratings disappeared, going through my order list making sure it was the same product. Please improve your product so we can recommend to others.

Hi your house meight be broken into but you have to watch this ad before we load your cameras and have see it all over your screen. You now have to watch a 10 second ad before you can access the video. Stupid! Switching all my cameras to reolink

Half to watch an ad every time you open the app. So, if the camera goes off from motion, it takes too long to access the feed. I'm already looking for a new camera. This one will be in the garbage.
