This app no longer works, for three days now, I haven't been able to view my cameras. I can't sign in, says "no connection network." This app hasn't been updated since April 2020, which is completely ridiculous! It's July 2021 and it's broken. I've rebooted my modem and router, no change, and I really doubt this issue is on my end. I'm sorry I wasted money in buying, and time installing. Not to mention I spent time writing a positive review on Amazon a couple years back. Why has the app been down for so many days? Absolutely no support, not happy!

Install of sd and bind was no problem. Video quality and sound also no problem. Problem is I've set the alarm area to a very thin area and it sets off every couple of minutes but it no longer sends the notifications which is fine since every 2 minutes I was getting them. It wasn't recording anything either, was only a picture. Wish there was a 24/7 recording feature. Only way I can record is staying on the app and not getting off. I'm willing to pay to have 24/7 recording and stored in a cloud.

I used this recommend app to connect two Amiccom cameras from Amazon. For the first hour I could not be more pleased and the connection process was easy. After that hour both cameras went "offline" and I have not been able to get them to reconnect. i have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and reset the cameras nothing has worked. All other connected devices on my network work fine. I am so disappointed. I had high hopes based on how easy it first was. I can't recommend this app.
