If you forget your password and only realise you've been automatically logged out when you get to the shop, you won't be able to reset it because the app won't send you the reset email promptly, staff in store cannot help and customer service can help within 3 days time. Bad experience. Never using Aldi Shop&Go again.

Love the concept but the information is poor. Aldi really need to show more clearly this is only for a specific type of store and not every aldi supermarket. Luckily I asked my local store for clarification rather than looking like a halfwit just walking out with a trolley full of food and security chasing me.

Expand this outside of London! 🙁 but I don't see it expanding despite liking the idea! My take on that's reports of people trying the app overseas and outside the M25 the App assuming it's "Aldi UK Shop&Go" which would need expansion outside the M25 and at least an 2nd store. I insist in description this trial service applies to London only is a beta/trial and may follow later Aldi UK equivalent of the Google Graveyard with C&C and Special Buys online in the dustbin!
