Ratings and reviews

The chart history is difficult for some elderly to comprehend. Specific numbers were much easier to read and understand than the scatter chart that replaced it. At least provide a choice between the 2. The updated app version does not accurately reflect when I log in. Started in June. And, yes, I have the most current version available of the app.

UPDATE: Reached out. They said un-install / re-install. Fixed connectivity issue for app. Cant say for the website. I've been using this service /app to report results since 2012. But whatever changed in the last couple of weeks, stinks. App won't load to report or order supplies. Website the same even if done on desktop. Can't report, can't order supplies. WHAT GIVES? This stuff is life saving. Why are we messing it up??? 🤬

The app doesn't allow me to manually enter my devices info, nor is it like the one pictured. I would love to know why Acelis called me 3 weeks before receiving the equipment to have me download an app that doesn't even work with my meter.
