NOTE: This app is for employers and employees already using AlertMedia’s emergency communication software.

AlertMedia enables organizations to rapidly identify threats that impact their people or business and communicate faster to impacted individuals. Perform under pressure and protect your people from anywhere with our intuitive, full-featured mobile app.

The AlertMedia app allows users the ability to start a safety session which monitors their location (foreground and background) during potentially dangerous situations and signal for help from authorities if needed.

For administrators:

AlertMedia’s mobile app gives you agility and visibility during critical events, wherever you are. In just a few clicks, you can send a multi-channel notification from your phone using the same intuitive screens you’re familiar with from the web or by leveraging your pre-built templates. In addition to sending notifications, you can easily manage your incoming messages and responses, connect with stakeholders via conference call, update event pages, and receive real-time warnings for any local threat that may impact your people or business.

For employees:

If your organization uses AlertMedia, download the app to ensure you never miss important communications. From the app, you can easily view new notifications, reply with helpful information, respond to surveys, and check event pages for updates from your organization. In the event you need to report an incident to administrators, you can quickly signal for help with your location attached.

Ratings and reviews

Great until it needs to work. System is obviously overloaded when major news items need to be distributed. Details won't load for today's 8/6/25 plane issues with United.

It puts a super annoying "location tracker" in your notifications that you can't get rid of. Also wants file access and the ability to make calls?

The "account profile" in the mobile app doesn't list all of the contact method fields that are present on the website. It's missing the third mobile phone and e-mail, as well as the address, and notes fields (at least).
