Ratings and reviews

The app is very user-friendly. I had to reinstall it just one time. However, it is because the WIFI in the hotel I am staying at is slow at times. Other than this, all is good. Every person I have had contact with directly - over the phone or indirectly - by text or email has gone above and beyond in a timely manner. They are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

It constantly needs reinstalled to work. Only works for a day then I have to reinstall it for it to do anything other wise it just gives me an error.

Won't even load, gives a "No Internet Connection" error. Tried on wifi and mobile, same issue either way.
