This policy of using one gadget to mine alfa for life is not well thought. No device lasts forever, it can be lost or damaged. My mobile phone got damaged and I needed to transfer my mined alfa and the mining app to a new phone, but couldn't do so because of the policy of using the same gadget to mine alfa forever. I've been mining since last year, going to 2 million alfa coins but I'm about to lose everything. This is very very unfair.

Getting a 404 error page, " This Page Does Not Exist" when I open and claim my daily mining right after the ad.., so I can't claim my alfa I mined or restart the mining timer and i will lose my mining streak. Cool... tried troubleshooting every way I could think. Restart fone, Internet, clearing cache etc.... what's going on with this app. It was fine yesterday?

I am facing a serious issue with the app. It takes a very long time to open, and sometimes it doesn’t open at all even after waiting for hours. This is extremely frustrating for users. Please fix this problem as soon as possible because it is affecting the user experience. An app should be reliable and accessible without such long delays. Kindly look into this issue and provide a solution.
