the melco app won't send the otp to my designated phone number,the otp issue still persists.

The app wouldn't let me log in. It kept saying, Unfortunately something went wrong. Please try again. I've been trying since monday, I've kept my vouchers on the app, which was a big mistake since I didn't get to use it, Tomorrow is the reservation day for the grand giveaway and I need this fixed before that otherwise I may not get the gift

I've always received a notification from this app saying that I'm eligible to receive something as a gift but never was I able to secure/reserve them because the items are always "no longer available". Very disappointing. Is this a joke??
