Lousy app. It ask me to update the apps whenever I open it. After updated I unable to login as it only allow me to sign up as new member. When use browser to login and request to reset the pw but it never sent to my email.

Terrible app. It tells you to update on the assunption you are a tourist and when you do all your previous balance and points are ZERO. I'm not sure why they make you cleect points then delete it all upon installation. By the way I am not a tourist in uae. Really disappointing

Really lousy app. Very slow and my cash rebate from shopping at Marks & Spencer did not get credited. I reported to M&S store and the manager has been emailing the Blue Rewards team to no avail. Their reply was that it has been issued and is in their system but that is useless cos it is not reflected in the Blue Rewards App. This is possibly due to the App Update as there was less problems in the past before the update.
