Ratings and reviews

As other people are describing, the app crashes an unacceptable amount of times, it requires a wifi connection to acually function, and for some weird unknown reason, it requires developer options to be turned off, otherwise, it won't even launch, let alone crash, you guys need to look after your stuff, these problems aren't that difficult to fix, your unwillingness to listen to feedback is pretty insulting, we're spending hard earned money on your services, I mean come on!

why are yall so scared of developer options???? some us really need that enabled and its a hassle to disable them each time i want to check my ooredoo honestly, one more reason to to subscribe somewhere else. everything you do is server side so why are you so scared?

​Very disappointing experience. The app is slow, buggy, and unreliable. It crashes frequently, and many features don't work as expected. The user experience has gotten worse with every update. I expected much better quality for such a basic app!!! I hope the developers fix these issues soon because, in its current state, I can't recommend this app.
