downloaded this app today and I'm already regretting it. everything is written in Chinese and I've been trying to use email, number and everything and yet I can't get an account I even got alipay. at least things should be written in English it's frustrating honestly. I've been frustrated since afternoon. it's really annoying u people should do something about that this app really stressed me omo I've given up

There's no translation from Chinese to English so it's difficult to shop there. or maybe it's made for Chinese people only and not for the international market. some English is not enough. To register is very difficult or they want people there. It is a very difficult situation. They have nice stuff there but how can one shop when it is so difficult to register. It's crazy.

The app was good until the update which was done in December 24, 2025 Immediately I updated the app, all my messages went blank till date, when I message a supplier and the supplier replies, I will get notified about the response but once I open the message, everything will be blank including the message I sent myself I contacted the customer service and I got no response till date, it's been over 2 weeks now I can't even purchase anything because of this, I've been on the app for over 2 years
