The experience was terrible. I ordered two items, but only one arrived, leaving one missing. I requested a refund for one item, but they kept telling me to return it without sending it back. They gave me irrelevant answers when I asked how to return it. The advertisement said shipping was free, but it turns out the shipping cost was more expensive than the goods.

WARNING! Prices shown for product is not final! Even when it says it's including delivery! There are hidden tasks that you have to perform after paying which asks you to pay more delivery fee! The final price will make the item not worthy, even more expensive than any other platform. And don't bother asking for refund, you'll regret it! they'll give you even more tasks to perform. I felt like I boarded the Pirate Of Caribbean ship😂😂😂.

the app is indeed a great app interms of sourcing for products from China. but I have a serious problem about the app in the aspect of login I've been logged out and banned from my account twice and once I try login in again, even after phone number verification, I still don't get access to my account the keep telling me about restrictions which I do t even understand. and this has made me loose a lot of money from suppliers I've paid money for products and I can't track my product again. sad
