Less than 10 minutes into the app I was logged out and forced to do verification through Alipay which was very stressful. The app doesn't consider people without an International Passport. I have not been able to place any order because I keep getting logged out, banned and restricted for doing nothing. I tried logging in with my phone number, I was restricted too. The app needs to be fixed ASAP, it's terrible. I wish I could take back my 1 star rating cos it's not worth it.

This platform is not suitable for me because it is difficult to understand. The language used is mostly in Chinese, which is difficult to understand. I ordered some items to be sent to my country of residence, unfortunately the items are stuck in China with the status waiting to be picked up. Very disappointing and I hope my request to get refund is successfully, since the items did not reach me.

The experience was terrible. I ordered two items, but only one arrived, leaving one missing. I requested a refund for one item, but they kept telling me to return it without sending it back. They gave me irrelevant answers when I asked how to return it. The advertisement said shipping was free, but it turns out the shipping cost was more expensive than the goods.
