Absolute worst shopping experience. I ordered multiple items in June, and they still haven't arrived. Some parcels are wrongly marked as delivered, but I never got them. The prices shown are NOT final, there are hidden tasks and surprise extra delivery fees after you pay. On top of that, my refund requests were completely rejected. Unreliable app with horrible customer support. COMPLETELY PROBLEMATIC APP!

Less than 10 minutes into the app I was logged out and forced to do verification through Alipay which was very stressful. The app doesn't consider people without an International Passport. I have not been able to place any order because I keep getting logged out, banned and restricted for doing nothing. I tried logging in with my phone number, I was restricted too. The app needs to be fixed ASAP, it's terrible. I wish I could take back my 1 star rating cos it's not worth it.

So far all bad experience, goods ordered more than 2 weeks ago yet to receive them. I think I have been scammed. Anyone thinking of using this app take caution. Hidden costs for shipping though advertised as free. Items took very long to ship and packing was very poor.
