Great concept, but need more brands. The app is decent and the zero-interest installment feature is honestly amazing and very helpful. However, I feel the app is currently missing a connection with everyday shoppers. Most of the brands available right now are quite high-end and expensive. My suggestion to the developers is to onboard more affordable, daily-use brands like zellbury, saya, and Insignia. Adding budget-friendly options will make paying installments much easy for average users.

alifshop is a shame, it's almost been 2months I've shared the scrnshots of my payments and the bank statement and they concluded that the amount hasn't been deducted this is pathetic and I would never recommend anyone to go for this app and provide your bank details to these fraudulent,they said check with your bank I called the bank they're saying the amount has been deducted by the app twice and we can't do anything as you've granted them permission, this is just so depressing I want my amount

Account Closure Complaint I requested Alif Shop to close my account more than one month ago, but my account is still active. I have already contacted them by email, but they have not resolved my request. This is very disappointing. I expect Alif Shop to close my account as requested and provide confirmation. Please take customer account-closure requests seriously and resolve this issue.
