The app is unbelievably buggy, especially when it comes to taking progress pictures. Absolutely infuriating to try and take them at any point, having to retry a single picture dozens of times, and each attempt taking a minute to get right is just a massive waste of time. Please just allow me to manually take the photos. If they're bad, it's my problem, I'll handle it.

After the last update, the app is unusable. It shows the startup screen with the blue background and their symbol with "invisalign" in the middle of the screen, but never does anything else. I've tried clearing the cache and memory of the app, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I left the beta group (thinking that may be the issue) but nothing works. The app was good when it worked, hopefully they will get whatever issue it is having resolved quickly.

App no longer works, just hangs on splash screen. Uninstalling and reinstalling did nothing. Adding 1 star because it was mostly okay in the past for using timers to keep track of trays being out, though otherwise they mostly just push you to their online store. (Still waiting for the "free case" after 6 weeks.)
