I bought an audiobook, but everytime I want to listen to it, the entire thing must be redownladed again. So I eat through data, and can't listen if I don't have data or her site is down. I also can't simply open it and hit play. I must wait for the download, which sometimes takes several minutes. Once it downloads, it NEVER starts where it left off. Horrible app. Horrible business model. 100% will NEVER buy a book here again, and will warn everyone else not to as well. I should be refunded!

Her information is good. But, this app is the absolute worst! It crashes all the time & I am always having to reach out to them for tech help. I have limited time to spend listening to my purchases. I dont want to spend that time on unnecessary tech issues. Something that should be easy and enjoyable that has made very difficult & frustrating. Makes me want to just stick with watching her on youtube- no tech issues!!!

Never remembers me I always have to start over from the beginning. Difficult to find where I left off. And at this point it won't even play. I re-downloaded the app numerous times made sure I was logged in. Just a huge disappointment all around because I'm really just unable to even listen to the book and this is the only place to get it in audio version. Feeling like it was not money well spent at all.
