Her information is good. But, this app is the absolute worst! It crashes all the time & I am always having to reach out to them for tech help. I have limited time to spend listening to my purchases. I dont want to spend that time on unnecessary tech issues. Something that should be easy and enjoyable that has made very difficult & frustrating. Makes me want to just stick with watching her on youtube- no tech issues!!!

Never remembers me I always have to start over from the beginning. Difficult to find where I left off. And at this point it won't even play. I re-downloaded the app numerous times made sure I was logged in. Just a huge disappointment all around because I'm really just unable to even listen to the book and this is the only place to get it in audio version. Feeling like it was not money well spent at all.

update: I have uninstalled app, restarted my phone, reinstall so and restarted phone... still not working. very frustrating. I understand you want to make more money by selling your own audiobook vs audible, but at least make your app functional. I purchased the audiobook and can barely listen to the story because your app keeps "thinking". if I could show the screen shot you would see the book barely plays and I downloaded it to be able to play offline, no such thing!
