Educators Credit Union’s secure Mobile Banking application allows you to manage your account anytime, anywhere. Check your balances, make transfers, pay bills, view your credit score, deposit checks, and even create savings goals and budgets.

If you already use Online Banking, you are ready to log in — just use your Online Banking user ID and password. If you haven’t set up your user ID and password, just click the register button to get started.

It's getting better but the one thing that's seriously frustrates the heck out of me Is that this thing is constantly asked me to re-register my device. It would be great if you app could actually ACTUALLY remember my device instead of 15 times per month asking me to verify my device and go through the security questions over and over again. My BMO app doesn't even ask me to confirm my device maybe if I don't login for more than a month it will. I probably have close to 50 devices register

I'm downgrading this app. It is horrible. I don't have time to continually jump through all the hoops required to access my account. I logged in 20 minutes ago, but now I need verification, even though I said "remember my device". I have chosen at least 30 different names for this device, because the app never allows me to use ones I've already chosen. If the app knows which names I've already used, then why can't it recognize my device over and over again? This is unacceptably bothersome.

Very average, biggest issue with the app is the horrible account balance accuracy. Only way to really know how much money you have in your account over the weekend is to keep a paper ledger.... pretty much defeats the purpose of the app. If you don't keep track manually come Monday..... surprise you're negative with a overdraft fee and need to transfer from savings. Please fix this issue or I'll be going back to Landmark CU.
