what Allo bank offers is actually pretty good, free transfers among other things but the UI of the app is not great. Android back button doesn't seem to work and multiple error messages when trying to top up PLN token. oh and customer service is terrible. Seems to be a AI bot that doesn't help at all. Allo Bank 4 stars The app 3 stars Customer service 1 star looking forward to some improvements

badd ux, burst api call and heavy images load. at the login page, handling state very bad. i try to logged in using biometric and login button, there are no respon, just can try again for inifinity time. No error message, bad state handling. Try to reset password, the otp call weird and late, the timer wasnt decreasex too. Very bad state handling and Very Bad UX

Easy to used, we could use Qris transaction with this app, CS fastest when we need help. Free charge fot transfer everywhere anywhere. And once more, u can deposit ur mobey here and wait u've got until 7,5% for interest... Try it guys :D
