can't login, it through password and then fingger print, nothing happen. sometime when in login screen internet connection failure notification popup, but i dont have any issue with the network. before today, it's always popup, the network error notif while in the apps. and now, got another message, increasing traffic so i can't login, what suppose i do if i want to doing some transaction in there?

This app isn't working at all, everytime i tried to access by login the apps only responded for 2 seconds then closed, already contacted Allo Care through WhatsApp and email no solution and no response, why this apps didn't work properly? please fixed the issues, otherwise let me know how to pay the bills, if i cannot access the apps

I don't know why after updating my apps, can not open virtual card. The display just being white and no response when click virtual card.
