***update 4/11/24 --- after updating the app, the app now works. Thank you! It's a bit sluggish, but at least it is working. Thank you! Nothing works on this app any longer. I can't click anything. It's frozen on the initial screen after log-in. Never had any issues until the recent update. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing.

This is an updated review. I had originally posted a month ago I was frustrated with the app performance, couldn't get it to work, etc. Within hours, Emily from support contacted me questions and suggestions to try. When that didn't work, she asked me to be patient while she talked to the developers. After a couple of weeks, she contacted me again and advised a new update had just been completed. Asked me to uninstall and then install. Success! Thank you for the excellent support.

I was sent a link to this app by my veterinarian. Upon installing, the app does not render properly on my phone. The screens appear to be designed for a desktop screen and do not resize or re-orient. Because of this, I see a sign-in form, but don't know what the fields are presented. Very poor and could have easily been tested.

What's new

New:
- FaceID/fingerprint support for logging in and switching accounts
- Tours can be permanently disabled by tapping "Stop Tours"

Fixes:
- Pet ID no longer cut off when printing
- Appointment confirmation call-out corrected
- Refill request now scrolls when text is too long
- Branded colors have been corrected throughout the app
