Not happy with this app. When I signed up it says free 30 day trial but they charged me at 20 days for the service. I talked to them about it and pretty much they don't care. I am in the process of doing a dispute with my card. I always when signing up for a trial put it on my calendar to cancel so I know with 100% certainty they charged early but claimed it had been 30 days. I even pointed out that I never even chose 1 book. I think since their books are bad they take anyone's $$.

TERRIBLE.I signed up for the free month trial... Most of the audiobooks I downloaded were not good quality so I decided to cancel after a few days. A little over 3 weeks later my card got charged 24.99 in the middle of the night. I saw it when I woke up and contacted them right away only to get told that they had no record of me cancelling and wouldn't refund my money but I get to use the 4 weeks of subscription that I didn't want in the first place. Wouldn't work with me or respond after that.

this ap could be great but it's not even close to good. For one thing. you can't find your library of downloads in the menu. At times, I've had to download another book to see the list I already have . Also, after you pause the ap, it freezes and the only way to get it to pay again is to turn the phone off and bring the whole operating system back up. When you do that, it sometimes brings you to your download list.... which is another way to get there. It really begs the ? who tests?
