DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY! I did the free trial for literally 30 mins at most! Nothing they have is new releases or anything written in the last few decades, that was my experience, so I canceled it & instead of sending me my proof of cancelation email I received an email trying to talk me into staying with them and giving it a try! I canceled again thru the app instead of 'contact support' They charged my credit card $24.99+tax & when I emailed them to get my $$ back THEY REFUSED!

Not happy with this app. When I signed up it says free 30 day trial but they charged me at 20 days for the service. I talked to them about it and pretty much they don't care. I am in the process of doing a dispute with my card. I always when signing up for a trial put it on my calendar to cancel so I know with 100% certainty they charged early but claimed it had been 30 days. I even pointed out that I never even chose 1 book. I think since their books are bad they take anyone's $$.

this ap could be great but it's not even close to good. For one thing. you can't find your library of downloads in the menu. At times, I've had to download another book to see the list I already have . Also, after you pause the ap, it freezes and the only way to get it to pay again is to turn the phone off and bring the whole operating system back up. When you do that, it sometimes brings you to your download list.... which is another way to get there. It really begs the ? who tests?
